Bruce Romanello has spent more than 35 years in healthcare operations and technology. He has designed, launched and operationalized five CMS-approved Medicare Advantage plans across Florida, South Carolina and Georgia, with hands-on responsibility for state and federal contracting, risk adjustment, enrollment and the day-to-day running of a plan.

In 2011 he established one of the first Shared Savings ACOs in the nation, and four more followed under his leadership. He has also owned and operated one of the largest Humana-affiliated management services organizations in Florida.

Vernier comes out of that experience. It is the platform he kept asking vendors to build: one that keeps every queue measured, says plainly what is not built, and puts the number where it cannot be walked past. His emphasis on field-level insight over boardroom abstraction shows in every screen.
